Paul has been innovating in the digital industry on new digital products, services and platforms for over 14 years. He has worked or consulted at a senior level with many of the UK’s major media and publishing businesses including the BBC and Pearson. His depth of skill and knowledge allows him to quickly understand clients’ needs and turn complex problems into working creative solutions. Paul is a ‘User experience’ and ‘User Centred Design’ expert with specialist knowledge of e-learning, media, publishing and digital strategy. Rapid prototype should be his middle name.
Jethro Grassie
Technical Director, CJT
Jethro is renowned and respected programmer within the global development community. He has a broad and deep range of programming skills, and has a specialist knowledge of cross-platform, multi-device applications and enterprise systems.
As well as developing CJT products he consults to a large range of corporate, SME and innovative start-ups.
Whenever Jethro gets spare time, he likes to contribute to the superb wxWidgets and PortAudio cross-platform C/C++ frameworks.
Tony Aldridge
Developer, CJT
Tony is an all-purpose programmer with a love of classic computer games. Always willing to learn new skills and new languages for a project, he is currently a big fan of JavaFX, although C++ will always be his native language.
In his free time, Tony develops freeware games, plays indie and classic games, and thinks X-Com is the scariest game ever made.
Ben Gainey
Developer, CJT
Ben is a skillful programmer, who recently achieved his MSc in Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems. His interests include operating systems, languages, in fact anything that allows him to get into real low level stuff.
Rob Cornish
Senior Designer, CJT
Robs natural affinity for good UI design, creativity and usability, along with expertise in animation makes Rob a highly valuable team member.
Sian Aldridge
Project Account Manager, CJT
With a background in design and web, Sian was moved over to the Project Account Management team due to her keen eye for detail and client facing skills.
Martyn Dyer
Head of Finance, CJT
With over 12 years of experience in lead financial roles, Martyn joined us in June 2009 to enable the company’s ability to streamline its back office function. Martyn has already effected great changes in our organization and is a key element in our focus of growth. Martyn likes to play golf and follow football in his spare time (Arsenal if you’re wondering!), as well as spending time away with his family.

Billy has been active in the industry as a technical lead, consultant and programmer for 9 years. He has consulted for major UK banks through to large academic institutions. His depth of skill and knowledge allows him to quickly understand clients’ needs and address them into viable working solutions. His core skill set is Microsoft based, boasting ASP.Net, ASP, XML, VB and SQL.
